The Job
Distribution Channel Compensation
- Manage ad hoc payment requests
- Ensure all payments are processed accurately and delivered within stipulated timelines
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Develop and automate working templates and reports using VBA and Microsoft Excel
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payment-related queries and issues
- Participate in projects & UAT as required.
Distributor Requests
- Key person in charge for processing Income statement requests from Distributors within SLA.
- Deliver on ad hoc tasks when assigned.
The Talent
- Min 2 years of relevant working experience in Insurance industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA programming
- Experience in process automation and workflow improvement is preferred
- Great interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with stakeholders
- Meticulous to ensure accuracy of deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight timeline
